Easy Healthy Food Swaps

 
~ Soft drinks ---> Water with a splash of juice
~ White rice ---> Brown rice
~ Toaster pastries ---> Whole grain toast with 100% fruit jam
~ Protein bars ---> Dried fruit or nuts
~ Processed hot dogs or lunch meat ---> Sliced turkey or chicken
~ Chips ---> Whole grain chips, pretzels, or tortilla chips
~ Peanut Butter ---> Natural peanut butter
~ Yummy flavored coffee creamers ---> 2% milk
~ Sugary Cereal ---> Oatmeal with honey
