Getting Organized - Post 4

~ Make the calendar your most important tool for time management
~ To save time make sure you only use one
~ Personal items and work items should be kept on the same calendar
~ If the calendar you use isn't working for you change it even if in the middle of the year
~ Be sure to have a backup system if you lost your calendar (icloud, secretary, etc.)
~ Make sure you have access everywhere you go
~ Use one that you enjoy looking at or using so that you'll use it more
~ If you are a very busy person you might use a planner or organizer instead for detailing
