Working on the chown down!

~ Take a daily vitamin for extra minerals and vitamins
~ Eat at the same time if possible
~ Breakfast should come within the first hour and dinner no later than 9
~ Have lunch and a snack in between so you will have eaten at least every 5 hours
~ Plan meals so you don't just grab something
~ Shop once a week for all your meals that coming week so you are ready
~ Review your meal plan for the next day each evening
