Health on a Budget


- Jump rope = $5.00 - works your legs, core and arms
- Resistance bands - buy one instead of multiple weights - adjust tension as necessary
- Tennis - use free courts at a park or school
- Golf - use public courses and check for tee times that are discounted
- Gym membership - negotiate a cheaper rate - they want you to join
- Equipment - buy used raquets, balls, bats, etc. in a thrift store
