Goals...and keeping them!

- Face your fear because the stress will go away once you do
- Determine what you want to get done and then list how you plan to do it
- Figure out solutions to problems that could occur during each step
- Put your goal at the top of your "to do" list and don't allow roadblocks to get in your way
- Repeatedly remind yourself of what your goal is
- Once you reach your goal continue it so that it becomes a regular pattern and not just something you are working toward
